Once your order is processed by our system, we conduct a thorough inspection of your products to ensure they are in optimal condition. Following a final quality check, they are carefully packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partner. Subsequently, our delivery partners strive to bring your package to you at the earliest opportunity. Should they encounter difficulty reaching your provided address or coordinating a suitable delivery time, they will communicate with you to resolve any issues.

Our products are packaged in cardboard boxes and invoices can be downloaded online. Fragile items such as bottles are securely wrapped with additional bubble wrap for protection.

Within and outside Dhaka: A charge of 70 BDT will be added to your total bill for delivery within Dhaka if total order value is below 800 BDT. For orders from outside Dhaka the delivery charge will be 150 BDT for orders below 2000 BDT and has to be PAID in Advance to complete the order.

Within Dhaka: 2-3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 4-5 working days

However, delivery times may be subject to delay due to factors such as political events, environmental conditions, transportation constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our customer relationship team will provide notification accordingly
